Because I am not a web person sometimes it may take awhile for content to make it to the main pages. Additionally, I already do all of my writing and chart creation in Google Docs. As such I am setting up this section (called "The Yellow Papers" as a play on both terms like "white papers" and "black papers" as well as "the yellow pages") as a sort of holding place or purgatory for reviews and other articles that I am working on prior to officially publishing them to the website.
I am aware that this limits some access from some government-owned and otherwise restricted servers. If there is an article that you think you may find interesting I may be able to supply a .pdf version via email me. Some items, like competition and training after action reports, may NEVER leave The Yellow Papers.
