I keep logs of number of rounds fired, failures, cleaning, maintenance, etc. They are not formatted for public consumption but I'm including links here for those that may find them of interest. I shoot this attached to one of my registered SBR lowers. Log should be considered to be for upper only.  I use the same lower for both uppers so they are both on one log. I no longer have this rifle as it was for an article in a print magazine but include the log here for those that are interested in the details.
